A deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay or 100% in the case of a non-refundable rate is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% and the sojourn tax (from 14 years of age) are to be paid on site upon check-in by cash, debit card, VISA, Mastercard.
Check-in: from 14:30 to 21:00. 
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
No penalty will be applied for individual cancellations received 7 days or more before the arrival date. The deposit will be re-credited or can be used in full for a stay on another date no later than 6 months from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance (or not communicated) will incur a penalty equal to the full amount of the stay.
In case of cancellation, only the written receipt by email shall be valid.
There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
Breakfast is included in the rate.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Pets are allowed.
